We are seeking a Journeyman Program Analyst to work at the Naval Air Station in Patuxent River, MD. This role supports critical planning and analysis efforts to enhance NAVAIR’s wartime readiness and fleet engagement. Support efforts include working with the NAVAIR Contingency Response Center (NCRC) related to Readiness Initiatives.  The position will involve working and coordinating with both NCRC Headquarters personnel as well as various PMA logistics teams

This is a hybrid position with on-site work required at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. At times, work hours may vary and potentially require evening, night and/or weekend work with short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Support the NCRC lead in stakeholder coordination and management, reporting and data analysis, communication 

         across the enterprise.

·        Develop and execute real-time policy for responding to mission requirements.

·        Includes professional interactions with senior NAVAIR leadership.

·        Development of Playbooks and other associated products.

·        Management of complex tasks such as integration with Fleet Exercises and ASN(RDA) Table-Top Exercised (TTXs)

·        Developing and conducting Wartime Preparedness related training and exercises to NAVAR workforce

·        NCRC Administrative Functions such as Spend Plan tracking and POM budget development.

·        Support to the Aviation Response Center (ARC): When activated, ARC performs 24/7 Watch functions during
        crisis/contingency.           

·        Regular briefs to Flag-level leadership

Required Qualifications:

•       US Citizen

·       Secret clearance required

•       BA/BS degree

·        Ability to work on-site at Patuxent River, MD

·        Ability to work nights and weekends if needed

·        General understanding of NAVAIR.

·        Critical thinking skills

·        Desire to learn and grow within the position.

·        Ability to travel if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Program management/analyst experience

·        NAVAIR work experience

·        Operational fleet experience helpful.

•       PMA Logistics experience

•       Product Support Package planning experience

Salary Range: $105K to $120K
